Taufiek Konrad Rajab was educated at the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge. He completed residencies in general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at the Brigham and Women's Hospital (Harvard Medical School), a research fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard Medical School) and a clinical fellowship in congenital cardiac surgery at Children’s Hospital Colorado (University of Colorado). Dr. Rajab is an Assistant Professor in Surgery and Pediatrics at the Medical University of South Carolina and his clinical interests encompas the full spectrum of pediatric and congenital heart surgery.
