I am a pediatric transplant surgeon with dual training in pediatric surgery and transplant surgery. I am the surgical director of transplantation at Children's Mercy Kansas city. I also perform complex vascular surgeries such as abernathy malformations, Rex shunts, mid aortic syndrome and other vascular reconstructions. I also perform surgeries for liver tumors, complex neuroblastomas as well as surgeries for pancreatic disorders such as Whipple procedure and total pancreatetomy islet cell autotransplanation.
